Dolphin
play
I was swimming at Brunswick Heads one Sunday when a dolphin started swimming amongst the white waves.
The dolphin was as blue as the sky on a hot summer's day and its body glistened like a star at night. It had a smile that made it look friendly. As I swam towards it, I realised that the dolphin was just a baby; so cute, so tiny and so beautiful.
The dolphin looked magnificent. It was happy as it splashed, jumped and played in the water. I felt very special as it inched closer to me.
Eventually the baby dolphin turned around. I felt sad to see the dolphin swim away beyond the horizon.
